As you've no doubt noticed, updates have been...non-existent on Whiskey Pie lately. A small part of this is the fact that I haven't felt inspired to write anything for this blog for awhile, due to numerous factors you don't care about.
Mostly, though, I haven't posted anything because I've been editing the first book of entries culled from this blog's first year (2008), tentatively titled Annotated Whiskey: Collected Pie Volume 1. Obviously this implies future volumes are also on the way, though at this point they are largely theoretical because I haven't finished the first one. Anywho, here's me posing with the proof copy as proof (pun intended) that I haven't been doing nothing for the past three or so weeks:

Whiskey, I'm not sure what your numerous factors are, but I would care if you stopped writing this blog. I've shared your wonderfully written music reviews with several music-loving friends, and they're as impressed with your reviews and your writing style as I am. Don't give up! Frankly, I'm not sure why you're not being paid to write for a music webzine.
